About Me
Hi, I’m Agustin Aguilar, owner of A&A Home Inspections. I’m a licensed Professional Inspector (TREC), Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI, and a Certified Termite Applicator in Texas.
Before becoming a home inspector, I served as a U.S. Army combat medic with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. I also continue to work as an EMT and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. With a background in residential construction, I bring real-world insight and a safety-first mindset to every inspection.
